This is really so INFORMATIVE & Educational .. Thank you for taking the time to explain in a language we can all understand .. A break down of each step with examples and explanations .
Thank you very much for not only the advise but also the effort and time you put into this. I am really amazed at how we have been mislead all along. Everything makes sense and I live by it faithfully. If one has to eat carbohydrates, which ones are better? (I am not contradicting myself but I would like to know when the situation arise when with family or friends)
