A list of restaurants that embrace the paleo movement in Johannesburg

It appears that finally there are some restaurants which are embracing paleo and high fat, low carbohydrate eating. I suspect that in time this list will grow and there will eventually be an abundance of restaurants to choose from. While many restaurants don’t totally provide for primal meal choices, there are some special areas of their menus and some even have dedicated paleo sections.
